Re: More Peachtree 2004 - Server issue

Shawn,

You might also look at the oplock settings for the share in /etc/smb.conf. There is some discussion of this (although nothing definitive) on the samba list archive @ http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=samba&r=1&w=2

Does anyone know of any issues serving Peachtree 2004 files to Win98-XP
clients from Server 10.2.8?
I Am having a hell of a time getting it to work (10min startup for PT).
All I was trying to do was move the data files from and NT server to our OSX
server.
Is anyone doing this ?
