We have 10.3 server setup as a PDC. Works great, and thanks in large to
the postings here for allowing us to head some problems off at the
pass. We have a problem I can't seem to get by though. Windows netlogons won't work. We get the following error at user login and no script runs: check_ntlm_password: authentication for user [SAVINST] -> [SAVINST] -> [savinst] succeeded [2004/09/30 10:36:31, 0] /SourceCache/samba/samba-56/samba/source/smbd/service.c:make_connection_snum(677) '' does not exist or is not a directory, when connecting to [savinst] [2004/09/30 10:36:31, 0] /SourceCache/samba/samba-56/samba/source/smbd/service.c:make_connection_snum(677) '' does not exist or is not a directory, when connecting to [savinst] [2004/09/30 10:36:31, 1] /SourceCache/samba/samba-56/samba/source/smbd/service.c:make_connection_snum(705) blair (169.137.151.34) connect to service netlogon initially as user savinst (uid=1338, gid=1037) (pid 12376) [2004/09/30 10:36:31, 0] /SourceCache/samba/samba-56/samba/source/smbd/service.c:set_current_service(56) chdir (/etc/netlogon) failed [2004/09/30 10:36:31, 0] /SourceCache/samba/samba-56/samba/source/smbd/service.c:make_connection_snum(677) '' does not exist or is not a directory, when connecting to [savinst] |
