mail connection refused to getenv.mydomain.com..?

I have a user who is complaining about not getting the "normal" amount of email...

When I grep the mail.log for her mail adder, I get many of these lines..

Sep 27 10:25:44 mailx postfix/smtp[29147]: connect to getenv.MYDOMAIN.com[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]: Connection refused (port 25)

Primarily using squirrelmail

my theory is either one or both of the following:

1. No reply-to address in Suirrelmail -> options -> Personal information I suspect messages replied back to her Squirrelmail messages were trying to go to getenv.mydomain.com?

2. In the Squirrelmail conf.pl app, I had not entered the domain under the domain settings - it had defaulted to getEnv[servername]

I have entered the proper entries in both of these areas...

Has anyone seen this before?
