Password server problem

I have an Xserve running 10.2.8. I recently moved it to a new location and
had to change the IP address. I used " ChangeIP " from Apple's website. All
user accounts work fine from a Mac. But I can not get them to logon through
a Windows based computer. Specifically Windows XP. I use password server on
the Xserve. I was told I had to reset the users password. Does anyone know
the correct order to do that? I have tried and still no luck.
