With some difficulty. Why do you want to do this? It's far easier to
boot from the OS X Install CD and do it from there.

Odd. Perhaps extra details are included in the document when viewed by
AASPs via GSX? *shrug*

There's a feedback mechanism built into the KB these days, use that.
