Did you add any airport basestations recently?

On my network, our DHCP server gives out addresses in this range:

iBooks picking up numbers in the 10.0.1.10-20 range which is bad
because thats where our servers are. We've tried turning off all
the airports but we still seem to be having problems. Here is my
question:
Is there any way to scan the network to find where the offending
renegade DHCP server is?
