Frequency of Workgroup Manager updates

Hi everyone! I'm back to actually managing Mac clients, we've set up two Mac
labs to connect to a Windows 2003 network, and we've ALMOST got all of the
kinks out....
I have kids able to sign on, they are getting custom docks in one lab, and
ability to only run certain applications in that same lab, they are having
their Mac folders generated within their network home directories (housed on
a Windows 2003 server)....
But in the other of the two labs, while I was verifying that Active
Directory logons WERE indeed working, I noticed that the controls over which
applications they could and could not run hadn't filtered down. I've set up
two groups in Workgroup Manager, so that all of our Photo Lab Macs are in
the one and all of our Print Shop Macs are in the other. All of the
Dock/Application rights customization is working just fine for the Photo Lab
Macs, but not (yet) in the Print Shop. I've also limited access to the Macs
to JUST the teachers and those students who are taking a class in either
lab. But I'm wondering if there's some interval (and I've been searching) of
time before updates I've made in the Workgroup Manager program filter down
to the machines I've assigned it to control?

I should also say that we're running Tiger Server, Panther clients (10.4.2
and 10.3.9 respectively), the G5 Tiger Server is in a server closet which is
its own subnet/VLAN, the Photo Lab is in another, and the Print Shop is in a
third. I'm going to leave all of the Print Shop computers on and hope it
gets updated overnight, but if anyone could tell me, for planning purposes,
what the update interval is, I'd appreciate it!
