Is there any way to remove the ability for users to change their passwords in the AFP login options window?

I would think something like that would be on the server side rather than the user side with managed prefs, but I don't see it on either side.

If you're asking what I think you're asking, try this:

(Assuming you have OSX Server running Open Directory for your clients)
Workgroup Manager, under Accounts where you see all of your users. Highlight the user(s) you want to manage. Go under the "Advanced" tab and then click on "Options." Under that, you'll see a checkbox to allow users to change their passwords. Uncheck it.

Well, that was what I was looking for and I turned off all the users ability to change their password.

However, a user can still change their password at the login options screen. And when they do, that option is turned back on. This is for a standard user or an admin.

Anyone else see this?
