One of our MacOS X servers has two IP addresses and we need to make
sure that the FTP server is NOT listening on the secondary IP. How
can I make that so?
This is what xinetd handles. (Presumming you're not running the
server standalone.)
Another easy way is to handle this with ipfw. Just disable any
incoming and outgoing connections.
If you want a stronger ftpd, look at proftpd.
