Re: Server install

And installation is super easy with fink.

http://fink.sourceforge.net/

I've installed a few of the "missing" *nix tools with fink, more out of habit than anything else.

cheers,

Michael

Hi all, general question

One of the things I noticed is that mac os server does not install wget, nor
ncftpget, not a bunch of other things, it does install postfix, and other
software though. Is this because I am not configuring it properly or just
that the server does not have wget in it and I must install it at a later
date.

Apple dropped wget in favor of curl a while back. If you really want wget feel free to install it.
