Whenever I've been reluctant to secondary a zone for a client myself,
I've found zoneedit.com to be quite good. A few years ago I would have
recommended granitecanyon.com or ml.org, but I'm not sure of their
status these days.

The most reputable person to do this sort of thing IMHO is a fellow
network admin, whose skillset and network setup you are familiar and
comfortable with. I have a reciprocal arrangement with a friend/admin in
a geographically and networkly distant location, whereby I secondary
some of his zones, and he mine.

Cheers
