Re: mysql install help



You can get a simple preference panel for mysql. I think it was Marc Lianage or it might have been elsewhere. Just Google and you'll find it. If not I can hunt down a copy I have floating around.

It works well for simple stuff. It you are just starting I also strongly recommend that you get yourself webmin. Easy to install, easy to use and unbelievably powerful.
