I've been trying to research the myriad options for web content
filtering and monitoring. Although I've found some that seem to
support some kind of LDAP integration, my focus has now moved to
address the question of how such a solution would be presented to
end users.
Can anyone educate me? Better still, does anyone know of a web
filtering solution that is Mac/OS-X Server friendly and offers this
feature?
I'm confused. You say you want web content filtering and then talk
about authorization.
Web filtering involves inspecting content and applying a filter.
Authorization permits/denies access to content (filtered or not) by
file, directory or URL.
