I took the ACTC upgrade exam a long time ago and it was pretty easy.
Another tech of ours just passed the ACTC as well. Just use the SAG
from Apple's site as a study guide with the Admin guides and you
should be fine.

(Just got my ACSA certification last Monday, and it was haaaaaaaard :-D
