Restarted machine, web service gone

Hello all,
I am having a semi-panic attack here. I'm running OS X 10.3, and I
installed some security update. So I thought "security update?
That's a no-brainer! I should just install it".

So then it asked me to restart the machine, and when I did, I noticed
that I couldn't access the web page that is being hosted through this
web server. So I went into "Server Admin" and I noticed that the
"Web" service was stopped. So I click on "Start Service", and it
wouldn't work?

So I took a look into the settings, and EVERYTHING was gone??
Everything from the General tab, to the Modules. Everything
disappeared?! I was not the one who set this machine up, so I have no
idea what the proxy settings were, or what the realms were, or any
thing. I am feeling really stressed out about this. Is there anyway
to uninstall the security update? Is there a restore point I could
use? I feel so lost right now.

Any help would be great. Thanks!
