Re: mysql

It only does this once.

How is it failing?
Mysql manager is not failing apart the password I did set up for root during the first installation does not work when I use Cocoa mysql.

How do I check it's listening on localhost ?. Following the error message, that's my problem, as long as it says : "Unable to connect to host localhost. Be sure that address is correct ans that you have the necessary privileges". I am using the root user to connect with the password I have enable.

Please provide both the command AND the error.

The command is to try to connect to mysql using cocoa mysql. the error is above.
