Perhaps Address-O-Matic may work for you...

Address-O-Matic is the first tool that lets you share your Address Book
within a local network, automatically and transparently. No need to change
application: you decide which groups to publish and which services to
subscribe to, and in your Address Book you will find your addresses, along
with the new ones. You can also edit them, and in this case you will retain
them, otherwise the addresses will disappear as soon as you remove the
subscription.
