Is there a way to allow a DHCP range (i.e. 192.168.253.100 - 200) yet
extrapolate an IP or a couple of IP's in the middle? (i.e. 192.168.253.52,
57)

DEpends on what's doing DHCP. Some things like CIDR blocks.
