Telemarketing On a Mac

I am looking to fight back on some bad Telemarketing.
I need to dial a number, send a recorded message in a loop and stop if they
hang up. Then re-try again and again.

I will be automating my request to be removed from the this or faxing.
There use to be products on the mac that can do this.
Our there any that run on OS X or I have an old 9.2.2 as well.
