I am going to use one email to respond to a number of issues that have been
brought up:
1. Complain to FCC: Done that. Until there get a few thousand complaints
they do not have the resources to do any thing.
2. Call the marketing company: Have done that. They do not care and have no
intention of following the FCC rules. They are most likely a bogus company
that will get as many people to sign up the a bogus health coverage and then
disappear.
3. File Complaints: I have filed the complaints with:
Department of Consumer Affairs, Department of Insurance, Department of Heath
Care, two State Attorney Generals, Better Business Bureau in two states.
This is only a record of the complaint.
4. Removal Number does not work.
5. Caller ID is blocked or bogus.
6. Te get a settlement is have to be a business that wants to stay in
business. And you have to sue them your self.
7. Company Identities are bogus, so email is not an option.
8. Fax Broad Caster is hidden.
What is comes down to is this. I can try an sue the Marketer or Fax
Broadcaster, but I have to find them to do that. Then they have to want to
stay in business form me to collect if I win.
So my view, is this. They have connected me and give me a number to call. So
when I call the number it cost them money and it cost the sale person the
possibility of a missed sale while there talking to me or my message.
If I flood them with the call, giving them a number to call to stop it. Then
I should not have broken any FCC rules.
At this point it is clear that costing the marketing company money and time
with out taking a lot of mine to do a law suite is more cost effect.
I am also spent some time on junkfax.org and other sites. I have been over
them all. I also feel the just ignoring the problem only allows them to do
it again and again.
Thanks all for you input, but for now I only need a automated message
sender.
