Be careful with the counter attack strategy, even though they are not
following the rules, it is against the rules for you to any kind of DOS
on them.

That is breaking FCC rules. You can't flood them or even harass them a
little. This isn't a civil offense, it's criminal.

Yet, a law suite against you could be cost effective for them. This is
what we call justice.
