10.3 - Mail - Discrepancies between mailbox list and filesystem.

I was watching some scripts roll by, and noticed some folders in my own mail hierarchy that I know I deleted a while ago.

So I poked around a bit more and realised there were heaps of such folders in my own mail hierarchy, that existed in the filesystem, but not in the mailbox list.

So I wrote some scripts to look for discrepancies, and found literally hundreds and hundreds of such folders.

Has anyone else noticed this on OSXS 10.3.9 Cyrus?

Poking around a bit more... Sometimes I can delete a folder via cyradm or via Mail.app, and it won't be removed from the filesystem. Other times it will be.
