Software update server

I want to turn on and use my G5 Xserve, running 10.4.3 server, as a Software Update server.

but what do I have to do to a client machine to make it look at the "local" server rather than Apple.com.

I believe I have to ammend /Library/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist on the client.

What form does the entry take??
