I'm running a dual G5 with apache 1.3.33, php5, and mysql 4.1 php5 is using gd (images are very slow to load on php and non-php pages) When I load a page from my site, it takes about 8 sec. When the time for the mysql to execute is 4.6657 but the 4 seconds to connect shouldn't be that long. I have check for a dns problem creating a php page that will count but it start as soon as the page starts up. I think its the image but I can't get them to speed up, help would be great.
