Amateur 10.4.x Mail Server Problem

Title: Amateur 10.4.x Mail Server Problem
** Please respond to email@hidden because I can’t receive e-mail from this location **

See below for a Console Log that may help tech this problem.   I recently upgraded from 10.3.x Server to 10.4.x Server.
I have developed 2 issues.
(1) I am the only Mail client of 30 that can’t receive e-mail (see log below)
(2) My webmail no longer shows a sign-in screen....rather a folder hierarchy.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
