Added note,
After watching top for a few mins.
The server runs great until servermgrd kicks in.
once the servermgrd uses 80+ of CPU around 10-12 httpd come up and
use around 30-40 CPU and page loading becomes slow
once servermgrd drops back down the server gose back to normal after
a few mins depending on how man httpd processes it slowed up.
Is there any way to stop servermgrd from doing this, I tried to
change the nice but Mac doesn't have that option. Any other ideas?

I have check for a dns problem creating a php page that will count
but it start as soon as the page starts up.
I think its the image but I can't get them to speed up, help would
be great.
