In our environment, we Use MS ISA server and Websense. It has worked very well for us. Since we use AD authentication and mostly MS backend servers.

For the sake of completeness, I guess I should have mentioned that I
too run DG in addition to squid :)
That combination seems to be a popular solution to the problem of
caching/authenticating/authorizing/content-checking web requests for
LAN users.
