>From the Server Admin side its not a problem but allowing the user to login
to their account and add or remove email addresses change aliases. Add or
change DNS entries setup mailing lists. Add or change databases all by
themselves with out you having to do it for them. That I would say is the
key feature. Imagine having 2000 hosting clients and they only contact you
when they are really lost because they can do everything themselves. With
some control panels they can even sign themselves up with their Credit Card
number and pick what package is good for them a guy might only want a $10 a
month account another might need databases 100 mail addresses, 5 mailing
lists a forum or 2 and one or 2 other things he can do all that himself
using a different package. That he signed up for that he controls. Server
Admin cant do that.
