Print Service and quotas 10.4.3

I just want to clarify: are there any issues with Print Service and quotas in 10.4.3 ? The Discussion forums at Apple seem to think so but it's inconclusive. I also read that the behaviour of Print Service had been ammended with the 10.4.3 update but I'm still struggling.

I have a single HP4200 laserjet that I want to set up a queue with quotas for. Under 10.3.9 it was working great using LPR. The queue was added to the client machines at machine level in WGM with the IP address of the server providing the queue. Quotas worked great. The only thing I have working at the minute is the HP4200 printer added directly to the clients in WGM; I haven't been able to set up a successful queue w/ quotas in 10.4.2 or 10.4.3. I just want the same set up I had under Panther. If anyone can give me a bit more advice re: LPR or IPP queue set up, including naming conventions, from the ground up in 10.4.3 than I'll be very grateful. Thanks.
