Apart from OS X Server, QWebMin, iTools... is there anything like that for
OS X / OS X Server out there?


OS X Server obviates any such need with Server Admin and WorkGroup Manager.

What are you looking to achieve?

They all work.

If all you're trying to do is do web/ftp/email hosting then look at George's MySQL based system that uses the most excellent exim MTA, along with Courier for POP and IMAP, Pro/PureFTPd and MySQL.
