Re: NAT IPFW problem



Either the diagram is incomplete or you are not using a DMZ. What network are the DMZ Xserves on?

According to the diagram the LAN can access both the Cable Gateway via 192.168.1.100 and the DMZ Firewall via 192.168.1.1 - these are both on the 192.168.1 network.

I did notice that you list 192.168.0.0/16 in your ipfw chains so perhaps something in the diagram is mislabeled?

no i'm not.
i have two (2) lines to the internet.
one for the dmz, the other for the lan.
the lan gateway is not in the dmz.
i hope you can open pdf's and that the diagram clarifies.
