migrating from non-mac

We are moving from Plesk (7.5.4) on Linux (FC3) to Mac OS X Server (Tiger). Is there a migration tool that assists with moving virtual hosts, certs, mail, dns, etc.? If Apple doesn't provide one, that would be a shame since I figure they'd want folks to easily move to OSXS. Does anyone have suggestions or procedures for accomplishing this?

I image worst-case scenario is to recreate all domains (around 100), mail servers and accounts, and dns entries, and copy specific settings and directories, like cert files, httpd.conf cert reference lines, poppasswd entries, etc. One of my goals is to not have to reset passwords, such as pop and web directories. Any tips or pointers to other documents would be appreciated.

Btw, I think search.lists.apple.com needs a Spotlight thrown at it. Kinda pokey. :)
