Hi!

I have two 10.4 servers (one PowerMac dual G4 and one xServe dual G5). This happens on both.

When I run "softwareupdate" from the shell, it takes between 5 to 10 minutes to respond. It lists the updates and installs them with no problem, except that irritating 5/10 minutes pause.

I had never seen this problem on 10.3... what's happening? Both were fresh installs on just-formatted hard drives.
