I am running 10.2.8 Server.
How do I get "localhost" to work?
I've read a few things at different sites on how to do it but they are
all referring to OS X and not server.

What do you mean by "get localhost to work"?

Do you mean that you'd like the name "localhost" to resolve to the
address 127.0.0.1, but this is not currently happening?

Cheers
James
