This may just be nothing, but I've noticed some strange behavior with
Mail.app. When it is opened, it doesn't fill the screen. In the message
pane, you can click and drag to highlight the message (including text
below, forcing mail to scroll) and it happens as expected. Now resize
the window to fill the screen vertically. Try clicking and dragging to
highlight text, again including text you have to scroll to and it slows
to a crawl or doesn't scroll at all. I've deduced it has to do with the
amount of space between the bottom of Mail.app's window and the bottom
of the screen. Give yourself 1/2 inch or more, and all is fine. As you
get closer, the speed at which you can highlight as you scroll
diminishes. Anyone else see this? 10.3.9.
