We were running 10.4.3 Server and Client with the same problems. The
solution was to erase the contents of every users font folder with a
simple looping script and then change ownership so they or any program
couldn't install fonts into there personal font folder. Now this won't
work if your clients need to be able to manage there own fonts, but in
our situation it is working very well.
