This is probably unrelated, but we have a Xerox Doc12 with a Splash rip that
occasionally will keep printing the same document until someone cancels it.
(It once printed over 200 copies before someone noticed.) This problem was
caused by the print spool folder failing to automatically clear out as it
was supposed to. We now manually clear it out to prevent this from
recurring. Of course, the Splash rip software is still running in OS X
10.2.0 and using Classic components (Xerox tells us it's safer not to
update)...
