Re: Secure AFP Connections with 10.3 Server

How do you go about enabling SSH tunneled connections with a 10.3 Server? I have the Allow Secure Connections checked in the AFP setup, but I still receive the error message that a secure connection can't be created. At first I thought it was a server firewall issue and just turned it off for testing; no luck there. Is it a client side NAT issue? Or am I missing some other configuration?

Well, that is how you enable it on the server. Are you getting any errors in the logs? Remember that you need both 22 and 548 routed to get secure connections to work. You might want to crank up logging on the AFP client, unlike the server it can get pretty verbose.
