I've just logged into that Apple Sales site and am awaiting
registration, but I'm not really an Apple Sales person, so was
thinking my registration might get rejected.
Yeah. I'm not a Sales guy either, mine DID get rejected. I could lie,
but that would be wrong now, wouldn't it. ;-P
Can a regular Joe like me buy this PDF somewhere?

Is this something which is commonly available? This is the first I've
heard of it... and I'd much rather study this way than pay for the
couple of OS X Server training courses I haven't done.
