yes, it does.

Both of the articles you site just refer to the confirmation screen not displaying properly. I had this one too at one point, but it went away with an update from Apple.

FWIW, Apple has started including all security fixes in the OS updates. So if you are on 10.3.7 then you got the contents of Security Update 2004-05-24 somewhere along the way.

that is as I expected, so why does my system fail? seems weird I need to get a certificate and enable SSL and all that, JUST to use web mail. I don't really care about someone evesdropping on my web email, i'd send it on postcards anyway. if i care i encrypt it.
