Okay, so which is it? I'll surmise that it should be 'OFF' to get
rid of case sensitivity since my server is case sensitive and my
HFS module is checked.
That module allows for case sensitive Apache operations on the
default, non-case sensitive, HFS. If you turn it off, and you aren't
using a case-sensitive FS, then your web server won't be case
sensitive anymore.
