Thanks. I'll give this a try and see if it helps. And fwiw none of our clients use Mail.app and rarely use Office. They spend maybe 90% of their time on Adobe Illustrator and the rest on Photoshop.
I've thought about moving them to Mobile accounts instead, but was deterred by the whole "can't sync library" bug/feature. I know there's a workaround, but I'm still iffy about the whole thing. How are mobile accounts working out for you?
