All I see at restart is:

2006-06-12 06:53:03 PDT Started child "/usr/libexec/postfix/master" as pid 314.
2006-06-12 06:53:03 PDT Automatic reboot timer enabled.


No indication of the cause of the restart still...  any other ideas?
