thanks, you made my day. Biggest laugh in a long time :-D

I keep telling people that the Server Help contains almost the same as all of the available Server PDF documentation, but as usual they do not listen but keep pushing buttons and calling me to the rescue afterwards.

Laugh all you want, but not seeing the difference between searching and context relevant information being presented seems like a substantial lack of understanding.

come on, that's not even near to what I said. I do think that context relevant info does help, it would help me. What I said was that there are people that do not use any information besides the dialogs and button they can't avoid. That had nothing to do with teachers or whoever doubling as admin in general. John simply hit the nail home on some of recent occurrences not directly related to the thread and that made me laugh. It's probably been unfair of me to not elaborate why I was laughing, but then again I didn't want to waste too much bandwidth. Sorry, if I offended you or anybody else.
