There's a way to do it, but Server Admin isn't it.

Honestly, I don't get why they insist on visualizing a tree structure like
it was a flat one in a GUI. If they're going to do a GUI, then why not
visualize it more realistically, and then let you build your tree out.
Before you hit "save" you get an option to make a copy of your current
settings, and you can see (and edit) the actual text that will be written
out. 

For complex DNS setups, being able to "see" the tree would not suck at all.

GUI's aren't bad, just bad GUI's
