Re: Determing version numbers of software installed on OS X 10.4.7 Server

This might be an easy questions but I have't been able to find an
simple solution. I've searched the apple website and can't seem to find the information that I am looking for. Is there a easy way of determing the version numbers
for software installed on a OS X 10.4.7 Server? I am hoping that
there is a way I can get a summary of this information rather then
having to determine the version of each piece of software
individually. Is there a list a compiled list of the software with
version numbers that is installed by default for OS X 10.4.7? I can
use that along with the updates that we've done to software on the
system. Thanks for you time.

You should be able to use Apple System Profiler to do this for you...

Is should add: if you're talking about the specific versions of things like php, MySQL, apache, Tomcat, JBoss, OpenLDAP, and so on, there's no real easy, one-step way to do this...you just need to look at each one individually, all of which store their version information in different places and in different ways.
