If you're feeling particularly masochistic (but would like to do
things "properly") you can use serveradmin(1) to configure ipfw --
though for some reason the service is named "ipfilter".
`sudo serveradmin settings ipfilter` will give you an idea of just how
much information is involved. Be aware that if you edit ipfw settings
by hand, on 10.4 you can no longer manage them from Server Admin;
using serveradmin(1) will remove that restriction. Of course, you can
bypass the whole issue by using the GUI Server Admin in the first
place.
