Re: OD, what can the matter be?

On my first post regarding this matter (subject: OD preventing login in
Golden Triangle. I'm not suggesting anyone read it. It was written in a
confused, frustrated state of mind), I mentioned vaguely about an attribute
that I edited in on the OD along time ago, as suggested in the AFP548 white
paper, which points to this article:

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300765

I just checked that attribute and it no longer seems to have the edited
value. So, I'll keep an eye on it, but I would guess that the clients have
been trying to get their kerberos tickets from the OD instead of AD.
Doesn't explain why the other lab of Macs didn't have the same trouble tho.

This edited attribute may have been over written when a server update was
applied. Just a guess at the moment. Haven't been able to give this full
attention today .

Cheers,
Colin
