I've been looking for a solution on my problem, I'm in the process
of setting up a medium sized company's network. Based on a 10.4
server licence, and one of the needs it Push-E-mail (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Push_e-mail
).
But i havn't found a solution for this, atleast not for any *nix
version.
IMAP is a push system. In fact it's the /de facto/ world standard
push system. 10.4 supports it, I believe. 10.5 certainly does.
