David, the /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1/ directory is not the local directory- it's the
Open Directory one. The local admin account will unlock the local directory,
and the diradmin account (or whatever you name it when creating the OD
Master) will unlock the /LDAPv3/127.0.0.1/  directory.
